Although we are supported by Wigan MBC we are an independent company and are not tied to the Council or any Trade Union.
Who controls the credit union?
You do, as a member, by electing a Board of Directors from the membership (minimum of 5 years service as a member) at the Annual General Meeting (usually held every January). All members are invited, and it is important that they attend.
